Welcome to my profile. I’m a relational integrative counsellor who focuses on the therapeutic relationship as a touchstone to work in a way that will suit your individual needs.

I am trained in a variety of models and believe in a flexible and dynamic approach co-created through our work together. This allows the sessions to be shaped by you while I facilitate the navigation of areas where you may feel stuck and also supporting your existing strengths.

I am currently only available on Fridays for online sessions.
